Experience the seductive energy of Corfu Island’s South and be enchanted by a land waiting to be discovered. During this full day 7hour excursion we will be visiting the Mavroudis family museum and olive press.

The South of Corfu Island is collectively appreciated for its many and seemingly endless golden sand beaches. Famous for its crystal clear shallow waters this part of the island also has cyclists, walkers and motor cross riders seeking out the rugged beauty of the South.

Heading south through the island’s less busy roads will take us past the villages of central Corfu. AGIOI DEKA, STAVROS, STROGILLI are villages where time seemingly stands still. Here no one seems in a hurry though everyone works hard.

we CAN HAVE A SMALL STOP FOR lunch on fresh bread, Corfiot olives and olive oil and of course some local wine AT A LOCAL TAVERNA IF YOU WISH AND you CAN get carried away into another realm where the appreciation of life itself is simple and easy. HLOMOS WILL BE OUR LAST STOP AND THEN BACK TO CORFU TOWN!

The return journey will get you back to where the SOUTH ISLAND TOUR started from outside the front entrance of Corfu Port.
